Upload or download a PDF service contract copy

Cimpl recommends adding a PDF copy of your contract for quick reference.

Upload a PDF copy:

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Service Contracts.
2. Select the service contract. The service contract's record opens.
3. Select the Contract Document tab.
4. Click Choose File. Your computer's file explorer opens.
5. Select the PDF file.
6. Click Open. The file’s name in the space next to Choose File.
7. Click Submit. The file is uploaded.

Download a PDF copy:

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Service Contracts.
2. Select the service contract. The service contract's record opens.
3. Select the Contract Document tab. If there is a PDF of the service contract in Cimpl’s database, there is a Download button.
4. Click Download. The file automatically downloads.
